A graduate of the Peregrine school of Cordon Bleu London, Jun Jun de Guzman is a popular chef instructor as well as a programs director at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies in San Juan. He is also a member of the Council of Chefs of the USDA-ATO. Whenever his busy schedule permits, he heads abroad for further studies. He was just in New York recently, to study more about breadmaking. One thing he doesn't need more studies on is his flair for coming up with healthy dishes that stil pack a punch when it comes to flavor. Here are some that make up a healthy and hearty Valentine's Day menu. Enjoy!
