I've tried loads of sisig dishes from many different restos. Gerry's Grill's, Dencio's, Sisig Hooray's, and many more. The best that I have tried so far is BALSA SA NIUGAN's sisig. The resto's sisig has been my favorite since I was in high school (and I'm 22 year old now). On can truly savor a sisig dish that is salty and sweet and fatty and spicy. PLUS, it's not 'dry' like all the other sisig dishes that I have tried. It's sooo affordable as well (around Php. 150.00 per order)!
