i really don't have a secret ingredient in my cooking.I just simply love cooking. I just need to be in a good mood so my dishes comes out delicious. ;D

1. Plenty of onions and garlics - no need for artificial umami taste!

2. Cinnamon - sweet aroma for cakes and pastries

3. Nutmeg, cloves - to achieve the "mint" flavor

4. milk for omelet - makes fine texture

5. oregano, basil leaves - to neutralize the sourness of a soup or paste

a teaspoon of cinnamon in your chocolate cake recipe makes it more decadent..

i know a lot of people who like spicy food. i don't but since i like cooking for them i add a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce or chili flakes to my dishes.

Instead of adding sugar on my recipe.. I put honey, specially on my adobo.. of course just be happy while cooking.. Im sure it would come out well!
