haven't eaten paella in a long time. the last one i had was at tapella in gbelt 5 and it is really good, especially since the owner is a Spanish chef who used to cook lots of paella in the south of Spain. this topic is making me crave for paella negra. - angelo

best paella i've tasted so far is from Ambos Mundos Restaurant (Two worlds) located at F. Torres, Sta Cruz, Manila.  I think this is the Manila's oldest restaurant. They serve Spanish foods. =)

Why not make paella yourself? Hey, it might turn out to be the best one you and your loved one's would have ever tasted.
