oh i thought "heavy cream" is the same as nestle all-purpose cream.What are those UHT cream like Anchor or Arla? What about whipped cream? I've been looking for one which can be used as cake toppings like banofee pie.What's the best brand and where can I buy it? I've tried Avoset but it's not the same even though I whipped it.It's like all-purpose cream. I like the one that can be piped & looks heavy. Can someone help me so I can try. Thanks a lot!
