Why buy expensive pork chops when you can just do it at home...

standard breading procedure: coat with all purpose flour, then in beaten eggs then in bread crumbs

yep just using the standard procedure.. flour- egg- breadcrumps..
only differs is how you are going to put the good taste on it and to fry it well..
I marinate the pork overnight then i put something on the egg to taste.

you have to make sure that your porkchops are not thick in cut because if you fry them, the breading will be burnt by the time the inside of the chops get cooked. pound them or flatten them with a rolling pin if you have to.

i marinate it first then coat with  flourand  egg.
