How to make your own breaded pork chop

it's the usual way breading pork chop, flour-egg-breadcrumbs. to make some twist, you can add fresh or dry parsley or other herbs to the breadcrumbs mixture or you can also add shredded parmesan cheese for cheesy flavor. don't forget salt and pepper also.

try putting a tablespoon or so of powdered milk to the flour. The texture of the breading would be like KFC's chicken. :)

i marinate in fresh milk with lemon, then egg and flour.
