Bad Resto Service

Why.. no one wants to share?

this happened about two years ago.. my mom and i was eating at this chinese restaurant and i had i think noodle soup of some sort and half way through i found PUBIC HAIR in my bowl, the manager was kind enough to take that awful dish away from me and showed it to the waiters only to LAUGH at it. it was super disgusting and up to now i never will eat there again. ever!  :-[

Last December, my dad and I wanted to have a quick dinner somewhere in Ortigas. We ended up eating in an American-diner type of restaurant in a mall. He got an order of Jambalaya Rice while I got ribs. My dad's dish came with a long strand of white hair mixed in the rice. We complained to one of the waiters, and he said he would notify his manager. We didn't hear from him again. We called the manager, told him about the hair, then he went away after saying he'd be asking the kitchen. He didn't even apologize or take the dish away. He left it there on the table. Five minutes after, no word. We called his attention again, then that's the time he said that maybe it was just plastic. Whatever it was, the point is, it shouldn't have been there! My dad swears never to eat there again. And I can understand why.

This was X-years ago. Me and my BF (now husband) went to a Japanese buffet restaurant in Alabang Town Center for dinner. We got there really late and some areas of the restaurant are already closed. The crew who was cleaning up the closed section of the resto was telling a story and was cursing like crazy. (so kanto). When we told him about it that there are people in the area who would like to eat peacefully, he made his voice louder than ever.

The next day I made a blog about my experience and emailed it to my friends. My friends found it disturbing and forward it to their friends.

A week later, I received an apology letter from the restaurants manager informing me that they got rid of that crew member and that we have a free meal if we visit their place again. I asked him how he found out about me and he said he received the email I made. :-)

I think crew members or restaurant owners are not all into bad service. I think if they can get away with it, they would. Since people like us exist, bloggers, people who voice out and expect good service. We keep restaurant owners on their toes all the time.

H&E in Glorietta is notorious for bad service......specially during breakfast, when, probably the staff is still not in work-mode......

they are just not accomodating to simple requests....

I was victimized there a couple of times, the last time was less than 2 years ago....the only good thing i can say about that meal is that, at least, i did not pay for it.

it was happen two weeks ago in chowking guadalupe. yung order kong halo halo, nagkapalit kami nung isang customer. nabawasan ko n yung halohalo  naku kinuha pa at ipinalit sa isang customer...

last week lang, @ chowking along 20th ave., we ordered the spicy chicken and beef chowfan, fave ko yun, kaso nung it was served and taste it, hilaw yung rice, parang minadali, tapos customers seating on our back naman is complaining also about their rice, panis naman daw yung kanila... I dont know tuloy if what we're eating is panis or hilaw, kasi spicy sya at the same time may part talaga na hilaw...hays...
