Asian Street Food Invades Rustan's Supermarket

Taste the flavors of Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia at Rustan's Supermarkets!

By: Yummy

The discerning Filipino's ultimate food source, Rustan's Supermarket, is taking its shoppers on yet another gastronomic journey—this time around the streets of Asia—with its anticipated Asian Street Food Invasion, running from July 1 to August 15 in all Rustan’s Supermarket Fresh branches.

In the tradition of the supermarket’s highly-successful food festival series over the years, Asian Street Food Invasion zooms in on the products and ingredients that make up the colorful street food offerings of Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia, thus bringing shoppers a multi-sensorial feast of flavors that allows them to experience an important part of such distinct cultures and lifestyles.

Enjoy all these and more well-loved specialties from these Asian countries and dig into your favorite street food via live cooking demonstrations and a weekend Hawker’s Market at Rustan’s Supermarket Shangri-La on July 28 and Rustan’s Supermarket Makati on August 11.

Grab a copy of our Asian Streetfood Invasion leaflet and enjoy shopping for local ingredients, food items and other products from these featured countries to help you prepare your own feast at home.

Finally, get the chance to experience these Asian street food wonders first hand via the Asian Street Food Invasion Grand Raffle. A minimum purchase of P500 entitles the shopper to one (1) raffle coupon for a chance to win a trip to one of several featured destinations, complete with a City Tour and Street Food Experience, airfare and hotel accommodations for a 3D/2N stay.

Rustan’s Supermarkets are located in Glorietta-Makati; Rockwell Powerplant Mall; The Gateway Mall in Araneta Center;  along Katipunan Road, Quezon City; in San Antonio Plaza Arcade, Forbes Park, Makati; Greenbelt, Makati; Paseo de Magallanes, along South Superhighway; Corinthian Hills; Ayala Center, Cebu; Arcenas Estates, Banawa, Cebu, and Il Terrazzo Mall, Tomas Morato, Quezon City.
