The donuts may be good, no doubt about it. However, the staffat Greenbelt 3 and their system is terrible. They are very slow and have no sense of urgency even as the queue becomes longer and longer. The average waiting time to be served is at least 30 minutes. The serving staff are provided with masks to prevent saliva from contaminating the donuts they are picking and packing; but, they wear these under their chins or around their necks which totally defeat the purpose. This definitely take away the joy of savoring the renowned donuts.
