The Dinner Party Game for Cooks, Foodies and Friends

 

 

Food brings people together. When there's nothing to talk about, mention a restaurant you've recently eaten in or rave about your latest food find and for sure, you'll have people talking. In this case, when you have guests coming over for dinner, lay What's Cookin'? out on the table and you'll have everyone, be it a fresh graduate among a group of business sharks or a suitor who meets the family for the first time, playing and best of all, enjoying.

 

 

With a roll of a die, you find out the category and get asked food-related questions in different ways--from being asked to guess the dish based on the list of ingredients, to naming the many types of berries you know until the sand timer runs out, to choosing which among the given cities Charlie Trotter's restaurant is located in, to figuring out where Chicken Cordon Bleu originated from.

 

 

This is something you can play as food is being prepared or right after you've eaten. And at the end of each game, certain things will be determined: who the bonafide foodlovers are, who just simply love eating food, and who will get that last piece of chocolate for being the culinary wizard in the bunch.
