Intercontinental Manila holds cooking classes

InterContinental Manila
chefs will conduct cooking classes for children 12 years of age and younger every first Sunday of the month from 2 PM to 4 PM at the Legaspi Room. With the Philippines as the inspiration, participants will learn how to prepare Wrap It Up Lumpia (egg rolls) and Party Palitaw (flat rice cake) on May 6, 2012.

Students are encouraged to bring their swimsuits for a dip in the outdoor kiddie pool after classes. Class fee is at P 1,000 per child plus P 500 for a chef’s uniform set (jacket, apron, and toque) for those attending class for the first time.
