1  Party with a piņa colada
There's nothing like a piņa colada’s tropical flavor. Infuse it into your jello: Boil 1 cup water, remove from heat, then add 1 sachet of unflavored, clear gelatin, and mix until dissolved. Add 1 can plus 5 tablespoons coconut milk and 1/4 cup pineapple syrup from 1 can pineapple chunks. Add chunks and desiccated coconut for extra texture. Add 1/4 cup vodka or rum for a spiked version. 2  Tutti Fruity Cup

Use any fruit with tough skin such as an orange or lemon. Cut the fruit in half, squeeze out the juice, and scoop out the pith. Very carefully trim the bottom of the orange or lemon cup so that it doesn't roll. Pour orange gelatin mix into each fruit cup. Refrigerate to harden. Makes about a dozen cups. 3  An apple a day

In a pot, boil 1 cup water and remove from heat. Dissolve a sachet of clear unflavored gelatin and add 1 1/2 cups apple juice and a few drops of green food coloring until mixture is bright green. Add 4 tablespoons sugar. Ladle mixture into separate cups and add green apple slices. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, unmold, and serve with caramel syrup. (Related link: Yummy.ph's apple recipes)

4  Under the sea

Prepare grape-flavored gelatin and set aside. Line the bottom of a clear cup with blueberries or chopped strawberries. Carefully ladle the grape gelatin into the cup and drop in a gummy fish (available in candy stores and supermarkets). (Related recipe: Monster Cupcakes)

5  Celebrate wtih Cherry Soda Party Cubes

Boil 1 1/2 cups water and mix in 2 packets cherry-flavored Jell-O until dissolved. Add 2 cups cola, pour into a square or rectangular pan and refrigerate overnight. Cut into cubes and serve.  (Related recipe: Chicken and Soda Casserole)

6  Pull an all-nighter

Brew 1 1/2 cups coffee as strong as you like. Boil 1 cup of water, remove from heat and dissolve a sachet of unflavored gelatin in the water. 7  Make: Strawberry Sparklers
Jell-O says:  Combine 3/4 cup boiling water, 1 pack (4-serving size) Jell-O Sparkling Strawberry Flavor Gelatin, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 1/2 cups cold club soda or seltzer. Pour into a pan and refrigerate. Cut into 1x1-inch cubes and serve in a cup.  (Related recipe: Cathedral Windows)

8  Peaches and Cream
Boil 1 cup water and remove from heat. Dissolve 1 pack clear gelatin in hot water. Mix in 1 cup syrup from canned peaches and 1/2 cup water (or substitute with whipping cream to make it extra luscious). Add sugar to sweeten. If desired, use red and yellow food coloring to turn it into a pretty peach treat. Pour into clear cups and throw in some canned peach slices. Refrigerate. Top with cream before serving. 9  Cut it out!

10  Infuse Filipino flavor
Boil 1 cup water, remove from heat. Add 1 sachet unflavored clear gelatin and mix until dissolved. Add 1 can coconut milk and sweeten to taste. Let it set for about 4 hours. Next, prepare 1 packet pandan-flavored gelatin and pour over the coconut layer; refrigerate until set. Top with coconut cream.
