Aileen Anastacio is best known as the host of QTV's hit dessert show, "True Confections." As the chef and president of Goodies 'n Sweets, a bakeshop-cafe, she sells some of the best pastries in town. She also does gourmet catering for small groups of people and consults for cafes and restaurants here and abroad through C'est Si Bon Corporation. Add to her list of credentials a successful cookbook author as she authored two hit recipe books, "The Flavored Cup" and just recently, "Home Cafe."
