Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

 

1 ½ cups bread flour, sifted

1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted

½ teaspoon baking soda

Pinch salt

1 cup butter, softened

1 ½ cups brown sugar

2 eggs                    

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon molasses

1 ½ cups chocolate chips or chunks

 

 

Crumbly Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

 

2 ¾  cups bread flour, sifted

½ teaspoon baking soda

Pinch salt

¾  cup butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup white sugar

1 egg

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 ½ cups chocolate chips or chunks

 

 

Thin and Crisp Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

 

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, sifted

½ teaspoon baking soda

Pinch salt

¾  cup butter, softened

1 ¼  cups white sugar

½ cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 ½ cups chocolate chips or chunks

 

 

Directions: 

 

1 Preheat oven to 350F.
 
 
2 In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk flours, baking soda,and salt together. Set aside.
 
 
3 In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter together with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, around 5 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat on medium speed until just combined.
 
 
4 In 2 batches, add the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Mix on low-medium speed until just combined. Do not over mix.Fold in chocolate chips.
 
 
5 Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Top with more chocolate chips and sprinkle with a little sea salt. Bake for 18-20 minutes for chewy cookies, 20-22 minutes for crumbly cookies, or 21-23 minutes for crispy cookies, until firm to touch and slightly golden brown at the edges. Cool on a wire rack.
