2 tablespoons olive oil, more for greasing grill pan

4 large portobello mushroom caps

Salt

Pepper

4 hamburger buns, toasted

Tomato slices

Onion slices

Lettuce or spinach leaves

Mayonnaise

1 Drizzle olive oil on the portobello mushroom and season with salt and pepper.

2 Grease grill pan and place over medium heat. 

3 Grill mushroom for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until mushroom is heated through.

5 Place in between buns and add tomato, onions, and lettuce.

1 (400g) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 medium onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, chopped

Bunch of flat-leaf parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon cumin

1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Pepper

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 tablespoons store-bought hummus

4 hamburger buns, toasted

Tomato slices

Onion slices

Lettuce leaves

 

1 Combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, chili and flour in a food processor.

2 Add salt and pepper and blend until smooth.

3 Shape mixture into patties.

4 Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

5 Add the patties and cook for about 3 to 5 mins on each side or until lightly golden.

4 (60-gram) chicken thigh fillets, skin removed

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, minced

1 medium tomato, seeded, diced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 Combine chicken, garlic and seasonings in a bowl. 

2 Marinate for at least 10 minutes.

2 (180-gram) cans tuna flakes in oil, drained

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

500 grams ground chicken

1 medium zucchini, chopped

1 cup corn kernels

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

1 small onion, minced

1 large egg

½ cup panko bread crumbs

½ teaspoon chili powder

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Pepper
