Cooked until outside is just seared, very soft to the touch, very red center with a thin browned crust, internal temperature ranges around 100°F-115°F

 

Medium Rare
Cooked until soft with a slightly firm middle to the touch, thicker crust with a red, internal temperature ranges around 120°F-125°F

 

Medium to Medium Well
Cooked until still soft with a firm middle to the touch, deep browned crust with slightly pink center, internal temperature ranges around 130°F-140°F

 

Well Done
Cooked until firm to the touch, browned crust with no pink center, cooked throughout, internal temperature ranges around 150°F-165°F
