1/2 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

1 cup full cream milk

2 tablespoons water

1 cup flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

To make the yema frosting:

1/2 cup condensed milk

2 egg yolks

1 pinch sea salt

1  Make the no-bake chocolate cake: In a small saucepan, mix the butter, sugar, milk, and water until melted. Set aside and let cool to room temperature.

2  In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix this into the butter mixture until just combined.

3  Pour the batter into a 7-inch cake pan and cover with foil. Steam for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

5  To assemble: Spread the yema frosting over the cake. Serve at room temperature.
