Peanut brittle or panutsa is a Filipino favorite that's easy to make at home! You only need three ingredients to make this recipe for dessert or as a sweet snack.

 

2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup water
salted peanuts


1 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place peanuts.

 

2 In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Cook over high heat stirring occasionally until it turns amber in color, about 8-10 minutes.

 

3 Remove saucepan from heat and pour immediately over peanuts. Let it cool and harden. Once cooled, break into chunks.
