The prices are significantly lower than the prices of their respective full cuts, so you’ll be able to whip up a protein-rich meal while keeping tabs on your spending. Opt for the leaner grounds instead of the regular grounds—you’ll be purchasing ground meat with less fat in it.
This meal plan will get you through the work week without being too repetitive on the dishes—we included meatloaf, meatballs, burgers, and minced meat dishes in the plan.
