The Perfect Kitchen Tool for Young Bakers + Small Kitchens

The Kitchenaid Artisan Mini is smaller but just as powerful and efficient!

IMAGE Kitchenaid website

You know how you used to lust over your mom’s or your lola’s sturdy Kitchenaid stand mixer? The Kitchenaid Artisan Mini answers all of your gadget lust and small space problems.

The new Mini is 20% smaller and is 25% lighter than the classic tilt head stand mixers but it’s just as powerful. The 3.5 quart bowl can hold batter for 5 dozen cookies and like its larger siblings, it has a flat beater, a wire whip, and a dough hook for all your mixing needs. A feature that the Mini has over the classic mixer? It has a soft start feature that prevents dry ingredients from spilling or flying all over the place. The compact size also make its perfect for cooks and bakers who have a small kitchen space.

All the 14 attachments of the classic mixer—like the food grinder, sausage stuffer, slow juicer, food processor, pasta sheet roller, ravioli maker, pasta cutter set, spiralizer, citrus juicer —can all fit the Artisan Mini, too! It comes in six colors, too: matte black, matte gray, Twilight Blue, Hot Sauce, Guava Glaze, and Honey Dew.

The KitchenAid Artisan Mini will be available in stores by the last week of February 2017. Find them at Gourdo’s, Rustan’s, the Kitchenaid store in SM Megamall, Mandaluyong, and the Focus Global store on Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong. Retail price to be announced soon.
