Make this tuna pasta your go-to weeknight recipe.
1 kilogram pasta noodles, cooked according to package directions
butter, for sauteeing
1 piece onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped, peeled
salt, to taste
1 can corn kernels
1 can button mushrooms, sliced thinly
2 cans canned spicy tuna in oil
1 kilogram spaghetti sauce
1 pack all-purpose cream
3 teaspoons basil leaves
2 teaspoons tarragon leaves
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cube chicken bouillon cube
1 can evaporated milk
1 block cheddar cheese
Saute garlic, onion, mushrooms and corn in butter. Add drained tuna and mix.
Add spaghetti sauce and cream. Season with basil, tarragon, salt, and pepper and simmer for 30 seconds. If you want to increase the level of spiciness, add more tuna oil.
Add sugar, dissolved chicken bouillon, evaporated milk, and grated cheddar cheese. Simmer for 30 seconds. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce to serve.
