Toss in some leftovers to create the perfect pasta!
1/2 cup shredded adobo meat
3 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 cup adobo sauce
1/2 cup shredded pork or chicken adobo meat
1 cup cream
200 grams cooked penne pasta
grated Parmesan cheese
crispy adobo flakes
browned garlic
1 Fry shredded adobo meat until crisp and brown. Set aside.
2 Brown chopped garlic in oil. Set aside.
3 Heat in a pan adobo sauce, shredded pork or chicken adobo meat, and cream.
4 Add cooked penne pasta; top with grated Parmesan cheese, crispy adobo flakes, and browned garlic.
