Making the healthy switch has never been cooler. Try this luscious and creamy smoothie (with nuts!) and say aye!
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup frozen sweetened yogurt
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 teaspoon almond essence
1 Combine strawberries, yogurt, 1/2 cup almonds, and almond essence and blend until smooth. (Make sure to grind the almonds thoroughly.)
2 Pour into a tall glass and drink up!
