Apple and walnut make the perfect pair, especially in this oh-so-easy pie.
1/2 cup crushed cookies (we suggest Chips Delight Coffee and Caramel Cookies)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup vanilla-flavored dessert pudding
1/3 cup all-purpose cream
coarsely chopped walnuts
canned apple pie topping
1 To make pie crust, mix the crushed cookies with melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 6-cup muffin pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
2 To make the filling, mix the vanilla-flavored dessert pudding with all-purpose cream.
3 Sprinkle with chopped walnuts on the crust, then pour the pudding mixture over it. Chill. Before serving, top with
canned apple pie topping.
