Balsamic Marinade




Best for: Chicken breast fillets, pork or beef steaks, pork or beef ribs, and whole chickens for roasting.

 

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
4 teaspoons mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper.

 

Mix together 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil, 4 teaspoons mustard, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
