Banana Caramel Waffle

Set up a waffle bar at your next party. Put different fruits, jams, and pie fillings in small bowls beside a stack of waffles and ask your guests to make their own waffle combo.

1 package pancake and waffle mix

For Banana Caramel Waffles
1 yellow banana, sliced
whipped cream
bottled caramel sauce
vanilla ice cream

1  Prepare waffle mix according to package directions. Heat waffle maker and brush with a little butter before cooking.

2  Prepare the Banana Caramel Waffles: Top waffles with whipped cream. Arrange sliced bananas on top of cream and drizzle with bottled caramel sauce. Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
