Cut on prep time by opting to buy marinated meat.
1/2 kilo marinated beef teriyaki
3 cloves garlic, chopped
sliced carrots for garnish
1 small broccoli head
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 Cut up broccoli head into little florets and blanch in boiling water.
2 Strain, then toss with sesame oil, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
3 Stir-fry beef teriyaki with 3 cloves chopped garlic in a little oil until meat changes in color.
4 Add broccoli and mix well.
5 Place the beef and veggies on a bowl of steaming rice and garnish with sliced carrots.
