Blueberry Banana Pie

Blueberry Banana Pie

A creamy, chilled dessert to love.

1/2 crushed cookies (we suggest Marks & Spencer Blueberry and Oats Cookies)
2 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup all-purpose cream
1 1/2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
3 to 4 thin, round banana slices
canned blueberry topping

1  To make pie crust, mix the crushed cookies with melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 6-cup muffin pan. Chill for 15 minutes.

To make the pie filling, mix the cup all-purpose cream with confectioners’ sugar.

Place 3 to 4 thin, round banana slices on the crust , then spoon cream mixture over it. Chill. Top with canned blueberry topping before serving.

    Hello,

Is there other cookies that we can use with this recipe? because i think the mark and spencer blueberry and oatmeal cookies are expensive?
    thank you
