A perfect ending to a wonderful meal—brownies and ice cream!

1 cup milk chocolate
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup nuts of your choice
(you can try walnuts, cashews, peanuts)
1 Microwave milk chocolate and butter on high for 1 minute (or until melted).
2 Whisk until thoroughly combined. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Add flour and nuts. Mix well.
3 Pour mixture in a greased baking pan with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F temperature for 20 to 25 minutes (or insert toothpick in the center to check if it comes out with fudgy crumbs). Do not overbake.
4 Cut into squares. Best served warm and topped with vanilla ice cream.
