Impress your family by preparing this delicious Filipino dessert. It's so easy to make!
2 1/2 cups coconut meat
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup sugar
1 package gelatin mix
1 Blend coconut meat with the lemon juice and sugar. Set aside.
2 Dissolve one package of gelatin mix in hot water. When the powder has completely dissolved, add the fruit mixture. Blend with a mixer until smooth.
3 Freeze. After 15 minutes blend mixture once more then freeze again. Your goal: a creamy, not icy consistency.
