Here’s the mess-free, baon-friendly way of eating the classic Caesar salad. The trick here: Place the dressing between the chicken and the tortilla so the lettuce leaves remain nice and crisp even after some travel time.
Serves 2 Prep Time 10 minutes
1 cup chicken meat from roast chicken, flaked
2 large tortilla rounds
1/3 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 1/2 cups Romaine lettuce, cut into strips
salt and pepper to taste
1 Place your tortilla wrap flat on a board. At the center, brush some dressing to form a smaller circle in the middle.
2 Place the chicken meat within the vicinity of the circle and add the lettuce on top. Season with salt and pepper
3 Wrap the tortilla like you would a classic lumpia.
