Frozen pizza crusts are a great help when you don’t have time to make your own dough.
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
half an onion, chopped
1/4 kilo ground beef
1 small can baked beans
3/4 cup crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup tomato paste
5 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder (add more if desired)
2 teaspoons oregano
salt and pepper to taste
2 frozen pizza crusts
1 Sauté garlic and onions in olive oil until golden. Add in ground beef and cook until meat changes color.
2 Add beans, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices. Let boil until thick and season to taste.
3 Spread chili con carne over pizza crusts and top with grated mozzarella cheese.
4 Bake in a preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with chopped tomatoes, canned corn kernels, chopped lettuce, and sour cream. Serve immediately.
