Cinnamon Raisin Spread



Cinnamon Raisin Spread

For a delectable breakfast or midday snack, spread on bagels, crackers, bread, or cake slices. The cinnamon peanut butter spread is also a great snack partner.

 

1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar

 

1  Blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, ground cinnamon, and sugar in a food processor.

2  When mixture is smooth, transfer to a bowl and stir in raisins.

3  Store remaining mixture in a tightly covered container and refrigerate.
