Meat and seafood go well together to come up with a very delicious Chow Mein.
Serves 4 Prep Time 12 minutes Cook Time 15 minutes
1/3 cup chopped onions
4 tablespoons minced garlic oil
1/4 cup sliced chicken meat
1/4 cup asado
1/4 cup beef
1/4 cup shrimps
1/4 squid
1 sliced shiitake mushroom
2 pieces Taiwan pechay
2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
350 grams cooked fresh egg noodles
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 Sauté onions and garlic in oil.
2 Add chicken meat, asado, beef, shrimps, and squid, together with shiitake mushroom, Taiwan pechay, and spring onions.
3 Put in fresh egg noodles and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Toss for 2 minutes.
