Serve this unusually yummy sauce on top of meatballs and be ready for some seconds!
For the cream sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cream
For the strawberry sauce
1 cup strawberry jam
1/2 cup water
1 To make cream sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour, then gradually add evaporated milk and cream. Mix until well incorporated.
2 To make strawberry sauce: In another pan, heat and mix strawberry jam with water for about 3 minutes.
3 Pour both cream and strawberry sauces over cooked meatballs.
