You'll get some bittersweet satisfaction when you bite into this teeny pie.
1/2 cup crushed cookies (we suggest Chips Ahoy! Chocolate Chip Cookies)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup chopped Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 cups whipped cream
cherries
1 To make pie crust, mix the crushed cookies with melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 6-cup muffin pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
2 To make the filling, microwave Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate and evaporated milk for 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted.
3 Mix and cool slightly. Stir in cream cheese and whipped cream. Pour mixture onto prepared crust. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and cherries.
