Dill-Baked Salmon



Dill-Baked Salmon

Reward yourself and cap the week with an impressive fish dish that takes no time and effort to prepare.


Serves 1 to 2  Prep Time 5 minutes  Cooking Time 10 minutes

 

4 salmon steaks
1/2 cup store-bought ranch dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoons dill, roughly chopped
juice of half a lemon
salt and pepper to taste
dill leaves for garnish

 

1   Preheat oven to 375ºF.

2   In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, mayonnaise, dill, and lemon juice until well blended. Set aside.

3   Season salmon steaks, then spread mayonnaise mixture on top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Garnish with dill.
