This pasta recipe is best with baked fish.
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1/3 cup finely chopped mixed fresh herbs(basil, mint, Italian parsley, watercress, and chives)
250 grams cooked angel hair pasta,
1 In a pan, mix cream, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes until reduced and thick.
2 Add Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs; simmer for 2 minutes.
3 Toss with angel hair pasta.
