Serves 1 to 2
250-gram salmon fillet
1/8 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon dried tarragon
1 Place a 250-gram salmon fillet in the center of a piece of foil.
2 Mix 1/8 cup melted butter, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1/2 tablespoon dried tarragon; pour over fillet.
3 Roll up foil to seal the fish.
4 Bake at 350ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked.
5 Serve with rice or mashed potatoes on the side.
