Garlic Prawn

Garlic Prawn

Substitute the butter with more olive oil if you prefer this dish to be on the healthy side.


Serves
4 Prep Time 15 minutes Cooking Time 10 minutes

 

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
8 cloves of garlic, chopped
8 cloves of garlic, sliced
24 pieces prawns
half a lemon
cilantro leaves, chopped
salt and pepper

 

1   Heat oil and butter in medium heat.

2  Fry sliced garlic until golden and save for later.

3  Sauté chopped garlic and prawns. Squeeze some lemon. Season with salt and pepper.

4  Add chopped cilantro and crispy sliced garlic.

    i already try this at home.my family loves it...kulang ang 2 kilo shrimp sa family ko sa isang upuan lang...mas okey kung extra virgin olive oil ang gamitin much healthier ,lalo na si mamy at dady ang kakain.
