Pair this with a nice bottle of your favorite fruity white wine.
Serves 4 Prep Time 15 minutes Cooking Time 30 minutes
1/2 kilo red or regular potatoes, cleaned and boiled with skin on
1 small avocado, seeded and cut into cubes
4 tablespoons, butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 kilo white fish fillet
juice and zest of a lemon
2 tablespoons cracked green pepper
salt to season
1 Roughly mash boiled potatoes. Mix in avocado, butter and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2 Prepare fish by drizzling with lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and as much green pepper as it can hold.
3 Sauté fish in olive oil and place on top of potato mash.
