Enjoy green tea, not as a typical hot drink, but as a cold, creamy and milky beverage. Bottoms up!
Serves 2 Prep Time 5 minutes
4 scoops green tea ice cream
1 cup to 1 1/4 cups cold fresh milk
2 tablespoons simple syrup
whipped cream and dash of ground cinnamon for garnish
1 In a blender, combine ice cream, milk and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
2 Transfer to 2 tall glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
