Lemony Shrimp Fettucine



Lemony Shrimp Fettucine

The pairing of a cheesy cream-based sauce and the lemon’s delicious tang makes one heavenly pasta delight!

ServesPrep Time 10 minutes  Cooking Time 10 to 15 minutes

 

250 grams fettucine, cooked according to package directions
250 grams frozen, peeled shrimps
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup milk
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup broth
1/4 cup dill, chopped
zest of 1 lemon
lemon wedges, for squeezing

 

1   In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cream cheese. Add garlic powder; mix well. Pour milk gradually. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes. 

Mix in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.

3  Add shrimps. Stir gently for 2 minutes or until cooked.

4  Pour broth, chopped dill, and lemon zest. Mix well.

Toss or pour over cooked pasta.
