Add some fruity flavor to your usual chicken meals!
2 pieces ripe mango, cut into tiny cubes
tomato, cut into tiny cubes
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 onion, finely chopped
a pinch of cayenne pepper
Toss together all the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
