Mushroom Dijon Gravy




Have this with breaded pork chops or chicken. Serve with cranberry jelly.

Prep and Cooking Time 10 minutes

 

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

 

In a saucepan, mix all ingredients together. Use a whisk to smoothen the mixture. Bring to a boil and serve hot.
