Something sweet for brunch or even as a midnight snack
1 loaf ciabatta bread
1 medium banana (per sandwich)
1 Take a loaf of ciabatta bread and slice 1/2-inch thick pieces.
2 Heat slices on a grill pan or toaster oven (on medium to high heat) for two to four minutes on each side or until bread is toasted.
3 While the bread’s on the grill, peel and slice one medium banana per sandwich.
4 Then take a slice of toasted bread, spread a generous layer of Nutella, and top with a layer of bananas and a second piece of toast.
5 Serve immediately while spread is still hot and gooey. Like cinnamon? Sprinkle some of the ground variety on the bananas.
