A filling side dish to grilled meats like Lamb Kebabs
Serves 6 (as a side dish) Cooking Time 40 to 50 minutes
1 kilo potatoes, cubed
2 teaspoons dried oregano, crumbled
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 Preheat oven to 350°F/177°C.
2 Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat.
3 Spread the potatoes in a large baking pan (keep to one layer). Bake until golden brown and cooked through, turning pan around once halfway (roughly 40 to 50 minutes).
4 Season potatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
