Best with: Seafood stew, braised pork, and braised chicken.
250 to 300 grams potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/4 cup grated queso de bola
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons spring onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fried bacon, finely chopped
salt and pepper
1 In a bowl, mix boiled and mashed potatoes, grated queso de bola, extra virgin olive oil, sour cream, finely chopped spring onions, and finely chopped fried bacon.
2 Season with salt and pepper.
3 Shape into small patties. Fry until slightly browned.
