Use leftover lechon kawali from last night’s dinner and turn it into this easy pambaon idea. (Finio Restaurant is located at 220 Tomas Morato Ave., Quezon City; tel. no: 415-1278)
Serves 1 Prep Time 5 minutes Cooking Time 10 minutes
2 tablespoons lechon sauce
1 piece flour tortilla
some cucumber, sliced into strips
some onion leeks, sliced into strips
80 grams crispy fried pork belly, sliced
1 Spread the lechon sauce on the tortilla wrapper.
2 On one end of the wrapper, set down all the ingredients evenly, then roll tight.
3 Place the roll over the griller for 2 minutes until tortilla wrapper turns a light brown color. Slice into 5 rounds and serve immediately with more lechon sauce on the side.
