Pritchon Maki Roll



Pritchon Maki Roll

Use leftover lechon kawali from last night’s dinner and turn it into this easy pambaon idea. (Finio Restaurant is located at 220 Tomas Morato Ave., Quezon City; tel. no: 415-1278)

Serves Prep Time 5 minutes  Cooking Time 10 minutes

 

2 tablespoons lechon sauce
1 piece flour tortilla
some cucumber, sliced into strips
some onion leeks, sliced into strips
80 grams crispy fried pork belly, sliced

 

Spread the lechon sauce on the tortilla wrapper.

On one end of the wrapper, set down all the ingredients evenly, then roll tight.

3  Place the roll over the griller for 2 minutes until tortilla wrapper turns a light brown color. Slice into 5 rounds and serve immediately with more lechon sauce on the side.
